When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your public profile information.

Uploaded Content

We collect the subtitle files (SRT/VTT) you upload for analysis, along with the target keywords you provide. These files are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted after 30 days (free plan) or 90 days (paid plans).

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, analysis results, and interaction patterns. This data is collected via PostHog analytics and is used to improve the Service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Polar. We do not store your credit card details. We receive your subscription status, plan type, and billing period from Polar.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process and analyze your subtitle files using AI
• To generate SEO content (articles, HTML pages, YouTube descriptions)
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send transactional emails (welcome, analysis complete, quota alerts)

4. AI Processing

Your subtitle content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic) for semantic analysis and content generation. This data is used solely for processing your request and is not used to train AI models. We recommend not uploading files containing sensitive or personal information.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following service providers:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage
• Anthropic — AI analysis and content generation
• Polar — Payment and subscription management
• PostHog — Analytics (with your consent)
• Resend — Transactional emails
• Vercel — Application hosting

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are only activated with your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

• Uploaded files: 30 days (free) or 90 days (paid plans)
